At Sensory Angels ABA, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will carry out a thorough assessment of your child to identify their individual needs. This process involves careful observations in various settings, along with an in-depth interview with you to gather your valuable insights. Together, we’ll create a clearer picture of how to best support your child!

After the initial assessment, your BCBA at Sensory Angels will develop a tailored treatment plan targeting specific skills and behaviors for your child. We’ll then submit this roadmap of care to your insurance provider to obtain prior authorization and confirm the eligible hours for services. The approval process can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your provider. Our skilled approval team is dedicated to preparing and submitting all necessary documentation upfront, ensuring a smooth and efficient approval process.

Great news! Once your child's ABA services are approved by insurance, you will receive a call from Sensory Angels to confirm the plan approval and insurance authorization. We will then collaborate with you and the Behavior Technician to schedule sessions and get started right away!
